 Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')(FOIA)

Thank you for your email dated 21 August 2015 in which you made a request for access to certain information which may be held by Northumbria Police.

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked: 

Could you please disclose how many crimes you have recorded since the start of 2015 at either a "wedding" or  "funeral".
Could you please disclose
* If it was either a wedding or funeral
* Where the incident was recorded (town, city etc)
* Exactly what was recorded as the nature of the complaint when the crime was first reported (E.G We received a complaint from a guest that the bride has punched the vicar)
* Details of the alleged suspect (EG Female bride, male mourner) if possible.
* What the outcome of the complaint was (no action, charged etc)   

In response:

We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.

 Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.

I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

Between 01/01/15 and 23/08/15 there was one crime at a funeral and four crimes at weddings
