Thank you for your email dated 31 July 2012 in which you made a request for access to certain information which may be held by Northumbria Police.
As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.
With regards to my recent FOI 487/12, refers please can you supply :
In relation to questions 1 (the number of speeding tickets issued in your area in the last two months) and 2 (the number of speeding tickets in your area in the same two months i) five years ago, and ii) ten years ago), would it be possible for a breakdown of these figures into those supplied by officers and those by cameras?
Furthermore, the answer to question 5 (the total figures for these particular areas of interest for the past decade, perhaps by year?) does not include figures for uninsured drivers, would it also be possible to receive these as part of the answer to question 5?
We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.
As advised previously this request has been aggregated with your previous request, 487/12, due to time/cost implications under the Acts legislation.
