Taxi driver robbed

It happened at 1.45amĀ on Monday February 23, in Cairo Street.

Three men in the taxi grabbed a money bag from the driver before making off.

The men are described as in their 30s, dressed in light and dark clothing. They made off down an alley on Long Street towards Corporation Road.

The taxi driver, a man in his 50s, was not injured in the incident.

Officers are carrying out enquiries and appealing for anyone with any information to contact them.
