Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a shop in Northumberland

It happened between 12.55am and 1.52am on Sunday, December 20, at Lush Nail Bar on Regent Street in Blyth.  Thieves forced their way into the premises from the rear and stole an undisclosed amount of cash, an MP3 player and other items.

Officers want to trace three men wearing dark hooded jackets, dark trousers and carrying rucksacks who were seen in the area at the time of the burglary.

Police are appealing for witnesses, anyone who was in the area and who may have seen or heard anything suspicious is asked to contact police.
