Police offer reassurance to residents after incidents of indecent exposure in Blyth.

Officers have received four reports of an elderly man exposing himself to teenagers and women in the Croft area of Blyth. The incidents happened between 7.50am yesterday, (Friday, February 19) and 2.25pm today, (Saturday, February 20).

After carrying out enquiries police have identified a 76-year-old man as being responsible and officers are currently speaking with the man who is helping them with their enquiries.

Officers are on patrol in the area speaking with people and offering reassurance.

Anyone with concerns is asked to speak with an officer face-to-face or contacting the Blyth Neighbourhood policing team on 101.
