Police are appealing for information after a vehicle left the road in Northumberland.
At around 6.40am on Sunday, February 21, officers received a report that a car had come off the eastbound carriageway of the A69 at the Wylam exit.
The 21-year-old driver had been driving her red Fiat 500 on the road when she swerved off the road as she attempted to overtake a small silver car.
She ended up colliding with a small fence around 30ft from the road but luckily she was not seriously injured.
The silver car left the area before officers arrived on the scene and police are now appealing for the driver to get in touch.
The driver, or any witnesses to the collision, should contact police on 101 quoting reference 291 21/02/16.
