Appeal for information following a house fire
Police are appealing for information after a fire at a house in Sunderland.
A report was received from Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service just after 7pm on Saturday, 25 June, of a fire at a house on Acona Street.
It is believed the fire may have been started deliberately and officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to come forward.
Extra officers are in the area as part of ongoing investigations.
