Shed burglary in Amble

Police are appealing for witnesses after a shed was burgled in Amble.

It happened overnight between 11pm on Thursday, February 2, and 9.30am on Friday, February 3, at an address in Davis Drive. Offenders entered via the rear garden and forced entry to the shed. They stole a green Makita drill in a green plastic carry case and other items including drills, torches a black and blue angle grinder and a yellow and black Dewalt radio.

Police are appealing for witnesses, anyone who was in the area and who may have seen or heard anything suspicious, is asked to contact police. Officers also want to hear from anyone who may be offered these items for sale.
