Quad bike incident in Cramlington

Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident involving a quad bike in Cramlington.

It happened at 2.40pm on Thursday, March 16, in Kinloss Square. A man on a quad bike mounted the kerb and drove towards a 63-year-old male pedestrian, who concerned for his safety, jumped out of the way. The quad bike rider then made off.

The pedestrian was shaken by the incident but otherwise uninjured. The quad bike is described as a dark green coloured mini-quad.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
