CCTV released as part of investigation into newsagents burglary

Police have released images of two men they want to speak to after a burglary in Newcastle.

The incident is believed to have taken place between 4.50am and 5.10am on Wednesday, May 10, when entry has been forced to the M&M News newsagents at Haymarket Metro station.

Cash has been stolen from behind the counter before those responsible have fled the scene.

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing but police have now released images of two men they want to speak to about the raid.

They were in the area at the time of the burglary and may be able to help police with their investigation.
